Community Guidelines

Comments containing profanity or insults may be removed. Enforcement considers the wording, context, and severity of the violation.

Threatening another user is prohibited. Serious threats may result in account suspension or permanent termination.

Repeatedly humiliating, targeting, intimidating, or harassing another person is prohibited.

Content promoting hatred or discrimination based on race, nationality, ethnicity, religion, disability, or similar protected characteristics is prohibited.

Repeated messages, irrelevant advertisements, and deliberate disruption of comment sections are prohibited.

Sharing another person's private information, such as an address, phone number, password, or confidential details without authorization is prohibited.

Using fake accounts or coordinated activity to manipulate comments, mislead users, or create artificial engagement is prohibited.

Excessive profanity, targeted insults, or abusive language in videos and live streams may result in content removal or account suspension. Context matters, and not every swear word automatically warrants the same penalty.

Pornographic material, explicit sexual acts, and sexually explicit nudity are prohibited. Violating content may be removed, and the account may be terminated.

Using pornographic material, nudity, or severe abusive language in profile pictures, usernames, or profile information may result in removal of the material or account termination, depending on severity and repetition.

Content encouraging violence, threatening real people, or promoting harm may be removed. News, educational, and documentary material is evaluated in context.

Content encouraging dangerous challenges or conduct that could seriously endanger others is prohibited.

Content encouraging hatred, violence, or discrimination against people because of their identity or characteristics is prohibited.

Content designed to defraud users, cause financial harm, or impersonate others to mislead the community may be removed.

Live streams involving serious threats, harassment, sexual exploitation, or imminent danger may be ended immediately, with additional account enforcement where appropriate.

Repeating a violation after a previous warning may result in stronger enforcement.

Pretending to be another person, organization, or public figure in order to mislead users is prohibited.

Creating multiple accounts to evade restrictions, harass others, or manipulate the platform is prohibited.

Usernames containing threats, hate speech, sexual expressions, severe profanity, or misleading impersonation may be changed or restricted.

Pornographic imagery, sexually explicit nudity, or imagery used to target and harass others is prohibited.

Accessing another person's account without authorization, stealing credentials, or attempting to take over an account is prohibited.

Account sales, rentals, or transfers used for fraud or to endanger users may result in restrictions.

Users must meet Bakuger's published minimum age requirements. Deliberately providing false age information may result in account review.

Creating or using another account to evade a previous termination or restriction may lead to further enforcement.

Uploading another person's copyrighted video without permission or another valid legal basis is prohibited.

Unauthorized use of copyrighted music, audio, or recordings may result in content removal.

Presenting another person's video, image, or work as your own without authorization is prohibited.

Using another brand's identity or logo to deceive users or falsely suggest an official relationship is prohibited.

Rights holders may submit reports about suspected infringement. Bakuger may review the report and take appropriate action.

Repeated substantiated copyright violations may result in account restrictions or termination.

Fake giveaways, deceptive money promises, and schemes intended to obtain money or information through deception are prohibited.

Sharing deceptive links designed to steal passwords, verification codes, or account information is prohibited.

Distributing viruses, spyware, or files intended to damage users' devices is prohibited.

Unauthorized mass advertising, repetitive links, and automated messages that disrupt the community are prohibited.

Generating fake views, likes, comments, or followers, or organizing such activity, is prohibited.

Using technical vulnerabilities to access other users' data, disrupt services, or gain unauthorized advantages is prohibited.

Abusing or circumventing restrictions, spam filters, or other security protections is prohibited.

Publishing another person's private information without authorization is prohibited.

Sharing recordings that violate a person's privacy or expose intimate moments without authorization is prohibited.

Threatening to expose private information or images to force someone to act is prohibited.

Organizing attacks, directing others to harass a person, or deliberately encouraging targeted abuse is prohibited.

Collecting, selling, or misusing other users' personal data without authorization is prohibited.

Users may report safety concerns. Retaliation against someone for making a good-faith report may itself violate these rules.

Content involving the sexual exploitation or abuse of children is strictly prohibited. Such content will be removed and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

Sexually targeting children, attempting to solicit sexual content from them, or attempting to exploit them is prohibited.

Content that exposes children to exploitation, abuse, or serious physical danger is prohibited.

Sharing a child's address, school, phone number, or other sensitive information that could compromise their safety without proper authorization is prohibited.

Content directed at children must be age-appropriate and must not expose them to exploitative, harmful, or sexual material.

Where a serious threat to a child's safety is identified, Bakuger may remove content, restrict an account, and make appropriate reports.

Content organizing people to commit violence or engage in discriminatory attacks is prohibited.

Content intended to incite attacks, direct harm, or encourage abuse against targeted individuals may be removed.

Content deliberately fabricated to seriously mislead users, facilitate fraud, or create danger may be restricted.

Content that facilitates unlawful acts or encourages participation in harmful illegal activities is prohibited.

Pretending to be a Bakuger administrator, moderator, or support representative in order to mislead users is prohibited.

Threatening, harassing, or exposing the private information of moderators and support staff is prohibited.

Knowingly submitting false reports to punish or harass other users is prohibited.

Re-uploading removed material or making minor changes to prohibited content in order to evade enforcement may result in additional penalties.

Users may receive a warning for minor violations, especially where it is appropriate to correct the behavior.

Violating comments, videos, profile elements, or live streams may be removed or restricted.

Access to commenting, uploading, or live streaming may be restricted for a specified period.

Serious or repeated violations may result in temporary account suspension.

Severe violations, serious fraud, threats to child safety, or repeated serious misconduct may result in permanent account termination.

Enforcement decisions should consider severity, repetition, resulting harm, intent where relevant, and the surrounding context.

Users may request a review through Bakuger's designated appeal channel if they believe an enforcement decision was incorrect.

If a review determines that enforcement was incorrect, the decision may be reversed or modified.

Where there is a serious and imminent safety risk, Bakuger may act without a prior warning.

User data involved in moderation reviews must be handled for legitimate purposes and in accordance with applicable data protection requirements.

Everyone using Bakuger must follow the published Community Guidelines and Terms of Service.

Bakuger may update these rules to address safety needs and legal requirements. Material changes should be communicated appropriately.

Similar cases should be assessed consistently, taking relevant circumstances into account.

Educational, journalistic, documentary, critical, and artistic content should not automatically be treated as a violation solely because particular words appear in it.

These platform rules do not replace the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan or other applicable laws.

Bakuger may take necessary and proportionate measures to protect users and maintain platform integrity.

Users may report suspected violations through the reporting features made available by Bakuger.

Moderation decisions may be reviewed under the procedures established by Bakuger.
